Raw Meterial

Raw Meterial

A variety of solid or liquid metals are weighed and placed in a holding vessel according to the recipe provided by the Technical Department.

strip casting

Strip Casting

Utilizing vacuum quick-setting dump belt furnace, the matched metal solids are loaded into the crucible made of copper wire, which is protected by certain vacuum, temperature, time and argon gas, melted into liquid, and then poured into flaky solid.

hydrogen decrepitation

Hydrogen Decrepitation

Utilizing the hydrogen breaking furnace, the flake solid from the melting furnace is flaked out, and under a certain temperature, time, and pressure, the flake solid is broken into finer metal flake solids through hydrogen absorption + dehydrogenation (utilizing the difference in the expansion coefficients of the metal neodymium-rich phases and the main-phase hydrides).

jet milling

Jet Milling

Under the action of high-pressure airflow and the protection of nitrogen, the airflow mill is utilized to make the fine flake solids impact, rub, and shear each other into finer metal powder solids. And through the cyclone separator, the coarse and fine powders are separated and transferred to each level for collection.

pressing

Pressing

Using the molding press, the powdered solid is magnetized, pressed, demagnetized and other actions through the magnetic field of the mold and press and the protection of nitrogen, so that the powder is uniformly aligned according to the direction of the magnetic field, and then pressed to form the desired shape of the blank, and vacuum packed.

sintering

Sintering

Utilizing the vacuum sintering furnace, the high-density raw billet after isostatic pressing, under the action of certain vacuum, temperature and time, through different temperature processes (high temperature sintering, primary aging, secondary aging), so that the product reaches the customer’s desired performance of the blank.

insepection

Insepection

Utilizing professional testing equipment to test the product in various aspects to ensure that the product meets the specification requirements.

machining

Machining

We utilize a variety of equipment to perform several types of machining on products, such as grinding, cutting, drilling, turning, and chamfering.

plating

Plating

Processing that utilizes the principle of electrolysis as a method of laying down a layer of metal on an electrically conductive body. Plating is divided into hanging, rolling, continuous and brush plating, etc. The choice of plating method is mainly related to the size and batch size of the parts to be plated.

magnetizing

Magnetizing

According to the order requirements, the products are packaged before magnetization, re-magnetized and finally boxed.
